Following our initial assessment and written report, we will work onsite with you to implement the proposed changes and improve the daily function of the business, leading to increased profitability. This will normally cover every aspect of the business and include new Budgets, Management Accounts, Forecasts, Cash Flows and Daily Operating Controls. We will also look at all salary, commission and bonus schemes and recommend changes where appropriate. All the detailed recommendations and actions will be recorded with responsibilities and deadlines assigned which we would expect everyone to achieve.
The whole basis of the Turnaround is to improve the calibre of the key managers in the site either through training and guidance from us or by replacing them. We then ensure that all staff are able to undertake their role and we will provide suitable training where required. We expect, at that stage, for everyone to be wholly accountable for their responsibilities and are monitoring their performance and monthly forecast on a daily basis. This whole philosophy of daily management ensures that the business gets the attention it deserves and delivers in line with our expectations.
