About the service

Some manufacturers use us to advise on their network strategy in the UK so our expertise in this industry is valued. We make sure that we always involve them fully in the work we are doing with their dealers but always with the approval of our client.

We also run manufacturer courses or workshops for existing field staff in both sales and after-sales. These sessions cover our shared experience regarding areas of under-performance and how to correct it, making use of dealer visits, understanding areas of risk and how to identify them, composite interpretation and viability studies for new investments.
